Processing time: All Vinylamps products are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs & duties (EU orders): All orders within the European Union are shipped duties-paid. No additional customs fees apply for EU buyers.
Damaged or lost shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at vinylamps@proton.me within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
"Delivered personally by Creator" option: For customers who want a truly personal experience, I offer direct delivery anywhere in Europe. I will contact you after your order is placed to arrange the details, timing, and delivery location. This option is available at checkout — feel free to reach out before ordering if you have any questions.
